The ultrapure water system uses municipal tap water as its feedwater source. After entering the raw water tank, the feedwater undergoes ultrafiltration pretreatment, followed by first- and second-stage reverse osmosis for desalination. The RO permeate then enters the intermediate water tank before being further treated by the EDI and polishing mixed-bed systems for deep demineralization, meeting the ultrapure water quality requirements of the production line.
